    This was our first order from Epic Meat, and we are soooo impressed! These prime cut filets are melt in your mouth tender, with just the perfect amount of marbling. FYI - these are so tender that they do cook a bit faster than your standard store bought filet mignon (we took a minute or so off our usual cooktimes on each side, so total of three to four minutes less overall when pan searing). If the quality stays this good for our next order I'm not sure I will ever go back to store bought again!@ We are so satisfied and happy with this purchase.

    Our filets were extremely tender, like butter! It was as if we were eating in a 5 star restaurant. You won’t be disappointed!

    We put them on the bbq and they didnt take long at all. These don’t compare to store bought filets.
